Our Service Technicians are all graduates of Speed Queen’s® Alliance Laundry Systems University and have achieved Maytag Red Carpet Service® certification, ensuring accurate, rapid repairs to any of our equipment models.

Preventive Maintenance

Preventive maintenance has always been a core component of our service approach. This year, to continue to go above and beyond with our service, we introduced a new approach to preventive maintenance with our dedicated Installation and Preventive Maintenance teams. These teams work alongside our service technicians to ensure machines always stay operational and to prevent serious issues before they arise.

What can you expect if you do encounter a service issue? When you contact Caldwell & Gregory, you get real people, not an automated system. Our friendly Customer Service Representatives are always available to take a service request, process a refund, or simply answer any laundry question you may have. Personalized Service

We believe the best approach to service is using a dedicated technician model. A primary technician will be assigned to your specific location; they will become a familiar face and well acquainted with your laundry facilities.
